基于能耗数据对比的无锡公共建筑节能分析

Energy Saving Analysis of Public Buildings Based on Comparison of Energy Consumption Data in Wuxi

基于2018年上海市商场、酒店类公共建筑全年能耗数据,分析得出较为完整的商场、酒店建筑用能特性,对无锡市商场、酒店建筑用能特性分析有一定的参考价值。通过上海和无锡地区商场、酒店建筑的能耗数据对比发现,所调研建筑中无锡市商场建筑单位面积年耗电量比所调研的上海市典型绿色商场建筑高24.16%,主要原因是无锡商场建筑空调耗能高;酒店建筑单位面积年耗电量比所调研的上海市典型绿色酒店建筑高17.62%,主要原因是无锡酒店建筑照明耗能高。基于此结论,并结合无锡市当地因素提出了有效的节能措施。

Based on the annual energy consumption data of Shanghais’commercial buildings and hotel buildings in 2018,this paper concludes the comparatively complete commercial buildings and hotel buildings’energy consumption characteristics which has certain reference value for the analysis of energy consumption characteristics of commercial buildings and hotel buildings in Wuxi.Through the comparison of energy consumption data of commercial buildings and hotel buildings between Shanghai and Wuxi,this paper founds that the annual electricity consumption per unit area of Wuxi commercial buildings under investigation is 24.16%higher than that of Shanghai commercial buildings,the annual electricity consumption per unit area of Wuxi hotel buildings under investigation is 17.62%higher than that of Shanghai.The main reason is that commercial buildings’air conditioning energy consumption and hotel buildings’lighting energy consumption is too high in Wuxi.Based on this conclusion,and combined with Wuxi local factors of effective,energy saving measures are proposed.
