装配式建筑建造阶段生态足迹计算模型

摘要 在建筑工业化进程不断加快的今天,装配式建筑是建筑工业化发展的必然趋势,不仅加快了施工进度,还有效降低了建造过程中的环境污染。基于全寿命周期理论和一般建筑工程生态足迹模型,结合装配式建筑建造阶段的特点,考虑施工人员、使用材料、使用机械、预制构件运输和建筑垃圾的生态足迹,建立了装配式建筑建造阶段生态足迹计算模型。该模型易于理解,可操作性强,为定量分析装配式建筑对环境的影响提供了依据,更为衡量装配式建筑的可持续发展提供了新的思路,对推动装配式建筑可持续发展来说具有重要意义。 With the accelerating process of construction industrialization,the development of prefabricated building conforms to the inevitable trend of building industrialization.It not only accelerates the construction progress,but also effectively reduces the environmental pollution in the construction process.Based on life cycle theory and ecological footprint model of building engineering,considering the characteristics of the construction stage of the prefabricated building and the ecological footprint of construction personnel,materials used,machinery used,prefabricated components for transportation and construction waste,the eco-footprint calculating model of the prefabricated building in construction stage was established.The model is easy to understand and operable.It provides a basis for quantitative analysis of the environmental impact of prefabricated buildings and it also provides a new way to measure the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings.It is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of prefabricated building.
