摘要
通过对影响绿色校园因素的分析和科学的选择,从绿色设施、绿色教育、绿色环境、绿色运营、绿色理念5个方面建立了绿色校园评价指标体系。运用基于组合数的OWA算子赋权法确定指标体系中各指标的权重,并进行灰色关联分析,建立了基于组合数的OWA算子赋权法和灰色关联理论相结合的评价模型。以青岛市3所校园为例,运用所建立的模型,对选取的对象进行评价,获得了校园绿色程度的排名顺序,通过实例验证了评价模型有一定的实用性。
On the basis of the analysis on the influencing factors of the green campus,the paper established an evaluation index system of the green campus with green facilities,green education,green environment,green operations and green concept.The index weights at all levels were determined by OWA operator based on combination number and carried out the grey relational analysis.An evaluation model based on combination number OWA operator and grey relational theory is established.This paper evaluated three campuses in Qingdao by this evaluation model.The ranking order of green campus was obtained.The practical application proved the feasibility of this method.
