摘要 生物质能源属于可再生能源,在我国能源结构调整中扮演着重要角色。如何实现生物质能源的清洁高效利用,是实现能源可持续发展的关键因素。生物质多流程循环流化床燃烧技术有效解决了传统循环流化床锅炉小型化的问题,具有热效率高、污染物排放低的特点。兴化城东工业园区生物质分布式能源项目以当地的秸秆和稻壳等生物质资源为基础,以生物质多流程循环流化床锅炉为核心装备,实现了冷热电联产,有效提高了园区的能源利用效率,具有重要的借鉴意义。 Biomass energy belongs to renewable energy and plays an important role in China’s energy structure adjustment. How to realize the clean and efficient utilization of biomass energy is a key factor in achieving the sustainable energy development. The biomass multi-pass circulating fluidized bed combustion technology effectively solves the problem of miniaturization of traditional circulating fluidized bed boilers, and has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency and low pollutant emissions. The integrated energy service project of Xinghua Chengdong Industrial Park is based on local biomass resources such as straw and rice husk, with the biomass multi-pass circulating fluidized bed boiler as the core equipment, realizing the cogeneration of cooling, heat and power, effectively improving the energy utilization rate of the system, which has important reference significance.
