腹腔镜手术治疗小儿阑尾炎的效果及对其血清炎症指标的影响

Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery on Appendicitis in Children and Its Influence on Serum Inflammatory Index

目的分析腹腔镜手术治疗小儿阑尾炎的效果及对患儿血清炎症指标的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月岳阳市妇幼保健院收治的阑尾炎患儿60例,根据手术方式的不同分为腔镜组和传统组各30例。腔镜组行腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗,传统组行传统开腹阑尾切除术治疗,比较两组患儿围手术期指标、并发症发生情况以及术前和术后3 d血清炎症指标情况。结果腔镜组围手术期各指标均优于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3 d两组患儿血清炎症指标均高于术前,但腔镜组低于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腔镜组并发症总发生率低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗小儿阑尾炎安全有效,且能够进一步改善患儿围术期指标,减轻炎症反应,降低并发症发生率,更有利于患儿的康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic surgery on appendicitis in children and its influence on serum inflammatory index in children.Methods A total of 60 children with appendicitis admitted to Yueyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into endoscopic group and traditional group according to different surgical methods.Laparoscopic appendectomy was performed in the endoscopic group,and traditional open appendectomy was performed in the traditional group.Perioperative indexes,complications and serum inflammatory indexes were compared between the two groups.Results Perioperative indexes of the endoscopic group were significantly better than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).On the 3rd day after operation,the serum inflammatory index in the two groups was significantly higher than that before operation,but the endoscopic group was significantly lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the endoscopic group was significantly lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy is safe and effective in the treatment of appendicitis in children,and can further improve the perioperative indicators of children,reduce inflammatory reaction,reduce the incidence of complications,and is more conducive to the rehabilitation of children.
