集束化营养护理在改善老年胃癌化疗患者营养状况和生活质量中的应用

Application of Cluster Nutrition Nursing in Improving Nutritional Status and Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Gastric Cancer undergoing Chemotherapy

目的探讨集束化营养干预改善老年胃癌化疗患者营养状况和生活质量的效果。方法选择天津市宁河区医院2021年10月—2022年9月收治的老年胃癌化疗患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予以常规营养干预,观察组在此基础上予以集束化营养干预,比较两组干预前后营养状况和生活质量。结果观察组干预后体质量、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后整体健康评分及部分生活质量维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化营养干预与常规营养干预相比,可以进一步改善老年胃癌化疗患者营养状况和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of cluster nutrition intervention on improving the application status and quality of life in elderly patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with gastric cancer treated by chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as subjects from October 2021 to September 2022.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The control group was given routine nutrition intervention,and the observation group were given cluster nutrition intervention.The nutritional status and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the body mass,hemoglobin,and serum albumin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the overall health score and some scores of life quality dimension of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nutritional intervention,cluster nutritional intervention can further improve the nutritional status and quality of life of elderly patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy,and is worthy of clinical application.
