摘要
目的对幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,HP)感染的相关危险因素进行回顾性分析,以期为开展HP感染防控提供理论依据。方法以无锡市第二人民医院2020年1月—2022年6月收治的167例HP感染患者作为研究组;以健康体检的167例非HP感染人群作为对照组。采用自制问卷收集患者的各项临床数据,问卷主要内容包括:自然情况、生活习惯、常规化验检查结果等。对两组患者的各项临床数据进行比较,以用Logistic回归分析法筛选HP感染的相关危险因素。结果多因素Logistic回归分析显示,男性、体重指数、吸烟、饮酒、生饮水习惯、生食蔬菜习惯、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ和胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ仍然是HP感染的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论HP感染是多因素导致的,应针对其中可以干预的因素进行科学防控,以期降低HP感染率。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the relevant risk factors of Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection in order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of HP infection.Methods 167 patients with HP infection admitted to Wuxi Second People’s Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were collected and regarded as study group.Take 167 non-HP infected people in the health examination were collected and regarded as control group.The clinical data of patients were collected with self-made questionnaires,which mainly included natural conditions,living habits,routine laboratory results,etc.The clinical data of the two groups of patients were compared to screen the relevant risk factors of HP infection by logistic regression analysis.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that male,body mass index,smoking,drinking,drinking habits,eating habits of raw vegetables,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,pepsinogen I and pepsinogen II were still risk factors for HP infection(P<0.05).Conclusion HP infection is caused by many factors,and scientific prevention and control should be carried out according to the factors that can be intervened in order to reduce the HP infection rate.
