摘要
目的 分析利培酮所致不良反应的特点与规律,为临床合理用药提供指导依据。方法 回顾性分析2018年12月—2020年12月佛山市南海区公共卫生医院和佛山市药品不良反应监测中心收集的因利培酮所致不良反应的103例患者的病历资料,探究利培酮致使不良反应的具体情况与规律。结果 103例患者中,男62例、女41例;年龄12~65岁,平均(41.53±2.68)岁;以20~55岁年龄段患者不良反应发生率最高,占88.35%;其次为<20岁和>55岁,分别占5.83%和5.83%;以神经系统损害最为常见,占48.54%,其他依次为心血管系统损害、消化系统异常、血液系统损害、代谢和营养障碍、眼器官损害、呼吸系统异常及其他,分别占15.53%、6.80%、6.80%、8.74%、4.85%、1.94%和6.80%。所有不良反应经停药、调整剂量或对症处理后好转或痊愈。结论 利培酮所致的不良反应可累及多个器官与系统,临床表现呈多样化,临床需对其予以积极的重视并强化相关不良反应监测,以此最大程度减少不良反应发生。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse reactions induced by risperidone, and to provide guidance for clinical rational drug use. Methods The clinical data of 103 patients with adverse reactions caused by risperidone collected from December 2018 to December 2020 in Foshan Nanhai Public Health Hospital and Foshan ADR Monitoring Center were retrospectively analyzed, and the characteristics of adverse reactions caused by risperidone were analyzed from the aspects of gender, age and distribution of adverse reactions.Results Among 103 patients, 62 were male and 41 were female. The average age was(41.53±2.68) years. Among the 103 patients, the incidence of adverse reactions was highest in 20~55 years old patients, accounting for 88.35%,followed by <20 years old and >55 years old patients, accounting for 5.83% and 5.83%, respectively. Among the adverse reactions, nervous system damage was the most common, accounting for 48.54%, followed by cardiovascular system damage, digestive system abnormalities, blood system damage, metabolic and nutritional disorders, eye organ damage, respiratory system abnormalities and others, accounting for 15.53%, 6.80%, 6.80%, 8.74%, 4.85%, 1.94%and 6.80%, respectively;All adverse reactions were improved or cured after drug withdrawal, dosage adjustment or symptomatic treatment. Conclusion The adverse reactions caused by risperidone can involve multiple organs and systems, and the clinical manifestations are diversified. Clinical attention should be paid and the monitoring of related adverse reactions should be strengthened, and the combined use of risperidone should be reduced as much as possible,so as to minimize the occurrence of adverse reactions.
