静脉腔内激光闭合术联合泡沫硬化剂注射技术治疗大隐静脉曲张患者术后的快速康复护理

Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Care of Patients with Great Saphenous Vein Varicosity after Endovenous Laser Closure Combined with Foam Sclerosing Agent Injection

目的探讨快速康复护理在静脉腔内激光闭合联合泡沫硬化剂注射技术治疗大隐静脉曲张(great saphenous vein varicosity,GSVV)患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月—2021年12月厦门大学附属中山医院收治的采用静脉腔内激光闭合联合泡沫硬化剂注射技术治疗的GSVV患者400例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各200例。对照组术后接受常规护理干预,观察组术后采用快速康复护理措施,比较两组患者的护理结局。结果观察组术后下地活动时间短于对照组,溶栓药物应用率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=19.778、χ^(2)=8.688、t=20.371,P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.810,P=0.002)。观察组总护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.263,P=0.022)。结论快速康复护理在静脉腔内激光闭合联合泡沫硬化剂注射技术治疗GSVV中的应用效果优于常规护理模式,其主要体现在期能够加快患者术后康复,减少并发症发生和提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of patients with varicose great saphenous vein(GSVV)by intracavitary laser closure combined with foam sclerosing agent injection.Methods From January 2021 to December 2021,a total of 400 patients with GSVV treated by intracavitary laser closure combined with foam sclerosing agent injection in Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Xiamen University were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 200 cases each.The control group received routine nursing intervention after operation,and the observation group adopted rapid rehabilitation nursing measures after operation.The nursing outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The time of ambulation after operation in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the application rate of thrombolytic drugs was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the hospital stay was significantly shorter than that in the control group(t=19.778,χ^(2)=8.688,t=20.371,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=9.810,P=0.002).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=5.263,P=0.022).Conclusion The application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of GSVV by intracavitary laser closure combined with foam sclerosing agent injection is better than that of conventional nursing mode,which is mainly reflected in that it can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
