欣母沛与麦角新碱在产后出血中的应用效果观察

Effect of Xinmupei and Ergometrine on Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探讨欣母沛及麦角新碱治疗产后出血的临床效果及对患者并发症、血常规指标的影响。方法选择2020年8月—2021年8月在顺昌县医院妇产科就诊的产后出血患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。比较两组患者用药2 h、12 h后的出血量,两组治疗前后的凝血指标和血常规指标变化情况,并统计治疗后的并发症发生情况。结果观察组用药2 h、12 h后的出血量低于对照组,其治疗后的凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间等凝血指标低于对照组,红细胞计数高于对照组,白细胞计数、血小板计数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相较于欣母沛而言,采用麦角新碱治疗产后出血患者的疗效更佳,可更好地促进患者凝血功能恢复,以此改善其血常规各项指标水平,二者用于产后出血的药物毒副反应均较小,安全性较高,但麦角新碱的治疗有效性更高,建议可作为此类患者临床首选用药。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xinmupei and ergometrine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage and their influence on the complications and blood routine indexes of patients.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were randomly selected from August 2020 to August 2021.All patients were randomly divided into the control group(40 cases,Xinmupei)and the study group(40 cases,ergometrine).The changes of coagulation indexes[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)],routine blood indexes[red blood cell count(RBC),white blood cell count(WBC),platelet count(PLT)]before and after treatment were compared,and the complications were compared between two groups after treatment.Results The bleeding volume of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 2 hours and 12 hours after treatment.The coagulation indexes(PT,APTT,TT),WBC,and PLT in study group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and RBC was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of complications in the study group was,slightly lower than that in the control group,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with Xinmupei,ergometrine is more effective in the treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage,and can promote the recovery of blood coagulation function,so as to improve the level of blood routine indicators.Both of them have less toxic side effects and higher safety,but ergometrine is more effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.It is suggested that ergometrine can be used as the first choice for such patients.
