This paper discusses the structural characteristics and processing methods of the body oblique channel of the high pressure forged steel stop valve,and makes a comparative analysis from the aspects of machining accuracy,processing range,machining efficiency and so on.By the conclusion draw n,the optimization and improvement of the positioning fixture of the lathe are carried out.According to machine equipment types and characteristics,Economical and practicable processing technology of valve body oblique channel is given.
