摘要
基于阀门启闭前上游自卸压功能及阀门启闭过程中球体和阀座无摩擦结构的研究,设计出微扭矩球阀,介绍了微扭矩球阀的结构特点及工作原理,并对微扭矩球阀进行了动态扭矩测试,最后从多个角度对微扭矩球阀代替平行座闸阀的可行性进行了分析。
Based on the upstream self-relieving function before on-off and the research of non-friction structure of the valve seat,w e design the micro-torque ball valve.The paper introduces the structure properties and w orking principle of the micro-torque ball valve,also make the dynamic torque test to the real valve,finally,w e analyze the feasibility of replacing the parallel-seat gate valve w ith this micro-torque ball valve by multi-perspectives.
