摘要
“心流(flow)”一词由心理学家米哈里·契克森米哈赖(Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi)在20世纪60年代中的一项研究调查中提出,后发展为心流理论。“心流”体验与人们所从事活动的表现结果成正相关,能够给人带来精神上的积极回报,心流理论可以被应用到美术教学中。基于心流理论的美术教学策略设计主要围绕“挑战与技能的平衡”“注意力高度集中”“时间感的改变”三个要素,通过引导学生在美术学习的过程中产生积极情绪,加强他们的学习兴趣及内在学习动机,挖掘他们美术创作的潜力,从而达到提高美术教学质量的效果。
The term of“flow”was proposed by a psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi in the mid-1960s,and subsequently developed into the“Flow Theory”.Due to the positive correlation between the“Flow”experience and the performance of the activities people engage in,and the positive mental rewards,we can apply“Flow Theory”to art teaching.The design of art teaching strategies based on“Flow Theory”is centered on three elements:“balance of challenge and skill”,“high concentration”,and“change of time sense”.By guiding students to develop positive emotions in the art learning,teachers can further strengthen students'interest and intrinsic motivation in learning,develop their creative potential,and improve the quality of art teaching.
