摘要
妊娠期是女性身体和心理所面临的特殊时期,期间可能经历各种压力带来的应激。持续或严重的产前应激不仅对母体产生不良影响,而且可损害子代大脑结构和功能,增加子代神经心理发育障碍的风险,如抑郁、焦虑、注意缺陷多动障碍、孤独症谱系障碍和学习记忆能力损伤等。本文总结了研究中常用的产前应激动物模型,归纳了产前应激对子代神经行为发育的影响及机制的研究进展,并对未来可能研究方向进行了讨论与展望,以期为产前应激后子代不良神经行为的干预提供新的思路。
Pregnancy is a special period for women both physically and psychologically,during which they may experience various stressors.Persistent or severe prenatal stress not only adversely affects the mother,but also impairs the offspring′s brain structure and function,increasing the risk of neuropsychological development disorders,such as depression,anxiety,attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,autism spectrum disorder,and learning and memory impairment,etc.This review summarizes the commonly used animal models of prenatal stress,and the research progress on the effects and mechanisms of prenatal stress on the development of offspring.In addition,the possible future research directions are discussed and prospected,so as to provide new ideas for the intervention of adverse neurobehavior in offspring after prenatal stress.
