注意缺陷多动障碍共病智力障碍的诊治挑战

Challenge for diagnosis and treatment of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder comorbid with intellectual disability/developmental delay

摘要 注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是儿童中常见的神经发育障碍,也是智力障碍(ID/DD)人群中最常见的共病之一。共病患者的症状复杂,且功能损害严重,导致诊断困难和治疗效果不佳。对于ADHD共病ID的治疗,需要综合非药物和药物治疗。总体来说,跨专业的综合评估和治疗,结合长期随访和个性化管理,有助于提升共病患者的生活质量和功能。 Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is a common neurodevelopmental disorder in children and is one of the most common childhood disorders in those with intellectual disability/developmental delay(ID/DD).Patients with this comorbidity present complex symptoms and significant functional impairments,leading to difficulties in diagnosis and suboptimal treatment outcomes.Treatment of ADHD comorbid with ID requires a comprehensive approach that includes both non-pharmacological and pharmacological interventions.Overall,multidisciplinary comprehensive assessment and treatment,combined with long-term follow-up and individualized management,can help improve the quality of life and functionality of patients with this comorbidity.
