摘要
本文在新文科背景下,以全人教育理论为指导,以上海外国语大学为例,对语言跨学科研究人才培养体系的构建进行了探讨。研究认为,在语言学专业人才培养中,应该实施全人教育理念,坚持“立德树人”,并以人才培养目标、跨学科人才内涵、课程体系构建、人才培养条件保障、评价体系等为基础构建了“‘一体三翼’223633”人才培养模式并对其内涵进行了详细阐释。本研究能为培养“语言学+”复合型人才,特别是培养语言跨学科研究人才提供借鉴。
Under the background of new liberal arts,this paper,guided with holistic education theory and taking the talent training process of Linguistics Major in Shanghai International Studies University(SHISU)as an example,discusses the construction of talent cultivation system for interdisciplinary language studies.It holds that professional talent cultivation in Linguistics Major aims to implement holistic education concept and adhere to morality-strengthening education.Based on the objectives of talent cultivation,the connotation of interdisciplinary talents,the construction of curriculum system,the guarantee of talent training conditions and evaluation system,this paper constructs the“‘one-body-three-wing’223633”model of talent cultivation and elaborates its connotation in detail.The present study can provide reference for the cultivation of“linguistics+”interdisciplinary talents,especially for the cultivation of the talents of interdisciplinary language studies.
