摘要
破除“五唯”顽瘴痼疾,扭转评价单一标准和功利化倾向,建立具有外国语大学特点、科学合理的教师评价体系,是外国语大学教师评价改革的时代命题。本文针对当前研究的不足和外国语大学教师评价的实际问题,以四川外国语大学为个案,构建了具有外国语大学特色的“14333多元融合教师评价改革模式”,并在实践中取得了显著的成效。文章系统阐述了模式的内涵、改革路径与实际效果,可以为同类院校教师评价提供借鉴与参考。
It is a task required by the new era for foreign language institutions to tackle the“five only”problems in teachers'evaluation,replace the unitary and utilitarian criteria therein with diversified ones,and establish a scientific and reasonable system of evaluation.In response to the shortcomings in current research and the problems of evaluation in foreign language institutions,this paper takes Sichuan International Studies University(SISU)as a case and formulates a“14333 Diversified Teachers'Evaluation Model”with favorable results achieved.It proceeds to elaborate on its theoretical connotations,pathways of reform,and results in actual practice.Such a study can serve as references for other foreign language universities that intend to make reforms in this respect.
