IGBT is a kind of power device,which plays the role of power conversion and energy transmission in the inverter and is the heart of the inverter.At the same time,IGBT is one of the most unreliable components in the inverter.It is very sensitive to the temperature,current and current of the components,and is prone to failure,which affects the production.This paper analyzes the faults of 6 SE70 Series High Voltage Inverter in a rod and wire factory,gives the troubleshooting process and summarizes the causes of the accidents.
