摘要
逍遥散为临床常用和解剂,功用疏肝解郁、养血健脾。其配伍精当、药性平和,临床上凡属肝郁脾虚者,常以此方为基础加减施治,多可获得良效。本文总结逍遥散加减方近十年来在临床各科室用于肝郁脾虚证的研究概况,进行简要论述,以求道于同行。
As a commonly used?clinical?reconciling formula,Xiaoyaosan Decoction has the function of soothing the liver,nourishing the blood and strengthening the spleen.This decoction is mild and reasonable.Modified Xiaoyaosan Decoction has achieved good therapeutic effect on patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.This paper summarizes clinical application of modified Xiaoyaosan Decoction on syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency in recent ten years,in order to discuss with colleagues.
