三叶法与整叶法经尿道等离子前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的对比研究

Comparative study on clinical efficacy of three leaf method and whole leaf method in transurethral resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的研究三叶法与整叶法经尿道等离子前列腺电切术(TUPKEP)治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月芜湖市中医医院收治的77例良性前列腺增生患者为研究对象,按照奇偶数分组方法分为参照组(n=38)与治疗组(n=39)。参照组采用整叶法TUPKEP,治疗组采用三叶法TUPKEP。比较两组患者手术电切效率、手术前后血红蛋白(Hb)的差值、血小板压积(PCT)的差值及术后并发症发生率。结果治疗组Hb差值小于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组PCT差值小于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组切除效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组并发症发生率小于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三叶法TUPKE治疗良性前列腺增生症在减少患者Hb损耗、降低失血程度、减少并发症、提高切除效率等方面优于整叶法TUPKEP。

Objective To Compare the clinical efficacy of three leaf method and whole leaf method on transurethral resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia(TUPKEP).Methods Seventy-seven patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in Wuhu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into reference group(n=38)and treatment group(n=39)according to odd even number grouping method.The TUPKEP in whole leaf method was used in the reference group,and the TUPKEP in three method was used in the treatment group.The electrocision efficiency,incidence of postoperative complications,the difference in hemoglobin(Hb)and hematocrit(PCT)before and after operation between the two groups were compared.Results The difference of hemoglobin in the treatment group was less than that in the reference group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The difference of PCT in the treatment group was less than that in the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The resection efficiency in the treatment group was greater than that in the reference group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group was less than that in the reference group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The TUPKEP in three-leaf method is better than whole-leaf method in reducing hemoglobin loss,reducing blood loss,reducing complications and improving resection efficiency in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
