慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺动脉扩张与肺功能的相关性分析 被引量:3

Relationship between pulmonary artery dilation and pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者(COPD)肺动脉扩张与肺功能的关系。方法随机选择2016年11月至2018年11月广州市胸科医院收治的104例慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺动脉扩张患者作为研究组。另选取同期我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺动脉正常患者104例作为对照组,两组均接受肺功能检查,指定同一名高年资、高职称医务人员按照仪器设备相关延期完成两组肺功能检测,具体项目包括呼气峰流速(PEF)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)/用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)、MVV/预计值%等。结果研究组PEF、MVV、FEV1/FVC、FEV1等各项肺功能指标检测值均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺动脉扩张与肺功能具有显著相关性,即肺动脉扩张患者肺功能相关指标检测值较低。 Objective To investigate the relationship between pulmonary artery dilatation and pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary artery dilatation admitted to Guangzhou chest hospital from November 2016 to November 2018 were randomly selected as the study group.In addition,the patients with normal pulmonary artery of COPD admitted in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.Both groups received lung function examination.The same senior medical personnel with senior professional title shall be appointed to complete two groups of pulmonary function tests according to the relevant delay of instruments and equipment,specific projects including peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),forced expiratory volume(FEV1)/forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1,maximum ventilation volume per minute(MVV),MVV/predicted value%.Results Thelevels of PEF,MVV,FEV1/FVC,FEV1 and other lung function indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusions There is significant correlation of pulmonary artery dilation with pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,that is,the pulmonary function related indicators in patients with pulmonary artery dilation are low.
