mSonics MU1掌上超声诊断仪的临床应用评价

Clinical application of the mSonics MU1 handheld ultrasound diagnostic instrument

目的探讨mSonics MU1掌上超声诊断仪的临床应用价值。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月由四川省肿瘤医院主持的mSonics MU1掌上超声应用评价多中心研究"项目,共收集全省5家医院的423例患者进行回顾性分析。每例患者均由同一位医生同时应用mSonics MU1掌上超声诊断仪和GE Vscan V2.0掌上超声诊断仪进行检查,并对二者结果作出比较分析。结果应用mSonics MU1和GE Vscan两款掌上超声诊断仪扫查所显示的器官边界、回声、大小、血流以及存在病灶的边界、回声、大小、血流比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);操作人员在使用mSonics MU1和GE Vscan掌上超声诊断仪时的操作性、舒适度以及总体满意度二者比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论mSonics MU1掌上超声诊断仪能够胜任基础的临床超声检查筛查工作,为疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断赢得一定的时间,也为国内掌上超声的发展奠定基础。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of mSonics MU1 hand ultrasonic diagnostic instrument.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,msonics mu1 multi center study on the application and evaluation of handheld ultrasound,which was hosted by Sichuan Cancer Hospital,was selected.A total of 423 patients from 5 hospitals in the province were collected for retrospective analysis.Each patient was examined by the same doctor with mSonics MU1 and Ge vscan v2.0.The results were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in organ boundary,echo,size,blood flow and the boundary,echo,size or blood flow of the existing lesions(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the operability,comfort and overall satisfaction of operators when using mSonics MU1 and Ge vscan handheld ultrasound diagnostic instrument(P>0.05).Conclusions Msonics mu1 handheld ultrasound diagnostic instrument is competent for basic clinical ultrasound screening,which won a certain time for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease,and laid a foundation for the development of palmar ultrasound in China.
