微创与开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效比较

Comparison of clinical effects of craniotomy and minimally invasive surgery on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的比较微创与开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血患者的的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年12月在潮州市中心医院诊治的40例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料,采用开颅和微创血肿清除手术治疗的各20例患者分别为对照组和观察组,并比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(85%,17/20)明显高于对照组(65%,13/20,P<0.05)。观察组治疗2周后血肿体积显著低于对照组,Barthel指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创血肿清除手术治疗高血压脑出血,可显著改善日常生活能力。

Objective To compare the clinical therapeutic effects of minimally invasive neurosurgery and craniotomy on patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage diagnosed in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Twenty patients treated with craniotomy were in control group and 20 patients treated with minimally invasive hematoma evacuation were in observation group.The clinical effects of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(85%,17/20)was significantly higher than that of the control group(65%,13/20,P<0.05).The volume of hematoma in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the Barthel index was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Minimally invasive hematoma removal surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can significantly improve the ability of daily life.
