新乡地区2011至2014年呼吸道感染患者病原学调查分析 被引量:5

Investigation on pathogens of patients with respiratory tract infection in Xinxiang area from 2011 to 2014

摘要 目的探讨新乡地区2011至2014年呼吸系统感染患者9项呼吸道病原体的分布情况。方法回顾性分析新乡地区2011至2014年呼吸系统感染患者9项呼吸道病原体IgM检测结果。结果2011至2014年阳性检出率分别为嗜肺军团菌(LP)(26.97%、17.70%、11.42%)、肺炎支原体(MP)(39.70%、26.17%、25.00%)、Q热立克次体(COX)(4.54%、1.44%、0.83%)、肺炎衣原体(CPn)(5.15%、1.81%、1.49%)、腺病毒(ADV)(0.61%、2.35%、1.32%)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)(1.82%、1.99%、1.16%)、甲型流感病毒(INFA)(1.52%、3.97%、4.80%)、乙型流感病毒(INFB)(0.91%、5.23%、9.93%)、副流感病毒(PIVs)(2.12%、3.97%、5.96%)。结论MP、LP阳性率连续3年高居呼吸系统感染的前二位,INFB阳性率连续3年递增,LP阳性率连续3年递减,INFA、PIVs阳性率连续3年增高。CPn阳性率连续3年在秋天最高,被检测呼吸系统疾病患者人数连续3年递增,病原体阳性率连续3年递减。 Objective To investigate the distribution of 9 respiratory pathogens in patients with respiratory infection in Xinxiang area in the past three years.Methods The results of IgM detection of 9 respiratory pathogens in patients with respiratory infection from 2011 to 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The positive rates from 2011 to 2014 were Legionella pneumophila(LP)(26.97%,17.7%,11.42%),Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)(39.70%,26.17%,25.0%),Rickettsia Q(COX)(4.54%,1.44%,0.83%),Chlamydia pneumoniae(Cpn)(5.15%,1.81%,1.49%),adenovirus(0.61%,2.35%,1.32%),respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)(1.82%,1.99%,1.16%),influenza A virus(INFA)(1.52%,3.97%,4.8%),influenza B virus(INFB)(0.91%,5.23%,9.93%),parainfluenza virus(PIVs)(2.12%,3.97%,5.96%).Conclusions The positive rates of MP and LP were in the first two places of respiratory system infection for three consecutive years.The positive rates of INFB were increasing for three consecutive years.The positive rantes of LP were decreasing for three consecutive years.The positive rates of INFA and PIVS were increasing for three consecutive years.The positive rate of CPn was the highest in autumn for three consecutive years,the number of patients with respiratory diseases was increasing for three consecutive years,and the positive rate of pathogens was decreasing for three consecutive years.
