本文探讨了市政污水处理厂中电气工程自动化控制策略,旨在解决污水处理过程中的效率和可靠性问题。针对格栅单元、进水泵房、旋流沉砂池、改良SBR池和加氯间等关键处理单元进行了控制策略的探讨。这些策略包括实时监控、自动调节流量和压力、优化曝气量以及自动加药等,以实现污水处理过程的智能化和自动化。本文总结了电气工程自动化在市政污水处理厂的应用前景,认为自动化技术将进一步提升污水处理的质量和效率,同时降低运营成本,对实现可持续发展具有重要意义。
This article explores the automation control strategies for electrical engineering in municipal wastewater treatment plants,aiming to address the issues of efficiency and reliability in the wastewater treatment process.Control strategies are discussed for key treatment units such as the grate unit,inlet pump room,spiral flow grit chamber,modified SBR tank,and chlorine dosing room.These strategies include real-time monitoring,automatic adjustment of flow and pressure,optimization of aeration volume,and automatic dosing,in order to achieve intelligent and automated wastewater treatment processes.The aiticle summarizes the application prospects of electrical engineering automation in municipal wastewater treatment plants,arguing that automation technology will further improve the quality and efficiency of wastewater treatment,while reducing operating costs.This is of great significance for achieving sustainable development.
