摘要
当数控铣床应用于工业加工时,发现其最为显著的优势在于自动性特征,通过接收计算机数字化编程指令,可按照编程程序开展切削加工任务。但是对菲迪亚某型号的高速龙门铣床进行研究发现,在加工作业中,需要借助于人工展开手动换刀,而无法执行自动化换刀作业。基于此,需要为其增加自动化刀库,充分满足其全自动化使用需求。本文对数控铣床加以分析,并结合自动刀库的科学选择,从改造连接电气、修改数控程序、换刀流程设计、铣床调试优化等角度对刀库的增加实践加以阐述,以期提供改造参考。
When numerical control milling machines are applied to industrial processing,their most significant advantage lies in their automatic characteristics.By receiving computer digital programming instructions,they can perform cutting tasks according to the programmed program.However,research on a certain model of high-speed gantry milling machine from Fidia has found that during processing operations,it needs to rely on manual tool changes and cannot perform automated tool changes.Based on this,it is necessary to add an automatic tool magazine to fully meet its fully automated usage requirements.This article analyzes the numerical control milling machine and combines the scientific selection of the automatic tool magazine to elaborate on the addition of the tool magazine from the perspectives of modifying the connecting electrical system,modifying the numerical control program,designing the tool change process,and optimizing the milling machine debugging,aiming to provide a reference for modification.
