摘要
为提高输电线路覆冰预测精度,本文提出基于改进GA算法的预测方案。在了解输电线路覆冰成因的基础上,阐述基于支持向量机的覆冰预测方式,秉承输电线路覆冰预测结果精准、高效原则,研究改进GA算法的原理,以及在输电线路覆冰预测中的应用策略,检验应用效果。研究发现,在优化核参数g和惩罚参数G后,基于改进GA算法预测方式具有预测精度高、速度快的优势,在输电线路覆冰预测中具有可行性,能够给输电线路运行维护提供依据,保障恶劣天气下线路输电的安全运行。
To improve the accuracy of transmission line icing prediction,this paper proposes a prediction scheme based on an improved GA algorithm.Based on the understanding of the causes of transmission line icing,the icing prediction method based on support vector machines is described.Adhering to the principles of accurate and efficient transmission line icing prediction results,the paper studies the principles of the improved GA algorithm and its application strategies in transmission line icing prediction,and verifies the application effects.The study found that after optimizing the kernel parameter g and the penalty parameter G,the prediction method based on the improved GA algorithm has the advantages of high prediction accuracy and fast speed.It is feasible in transmission line icing prediction and can provide a basis for the operation and maintenance of transmission lines,ensuring the safe operation of transmission lines under severe weather conditions.
