锅炉运行状态监测与自动化控制技术的结合策略研究

摘要 将锅炉运行状态监测同自动化控制技术相结合,对于提高工业生产效率及安全性具有重要意义。通过对锅炉状态的实时监控和操作参数的自动调节,可优化能源使用、降低故障发生率、保证生产的连续性。但该流程面临着数据采集与处理复杂、实时性需求高、故障诊断准确性要求高、老旧设备更新改造困难等问题。基于此,结合策略主要包括数据分析算法优化,实现实时监测和远程控制,故障智能预测和自动化控制系统升级等,从而迎接上述挑战,促进工业自动化向着更高的水平迈进。 The integration of boiler operation status monitoring with automated control technology is of significant importance for improving industrial production efficiency and safety.Through real-time monitoring of boiler status and automatic adjustment of operating parameters,it is possible to optimize energy usage,reduce the incidence of failures,and ensure the continuity of production.However,this process faces challenges such as the complexity of data collection and processing,high real-time requirements,high accuracy requirements for fault diagnosis,and difficulties in updating and retrofitting older equipment.Based on these challenges,strategies include optimizing data analysis algorithms,implementing real-time monitoring and remote control,intelligent fault prediction,and upgrading automated control systems.These strategies aim to meet the challenges and promote the advancement of industrial automation to a higher level.
