摘要
特种设备在现代工业生产中扮演着重要的角色,其运行状态的稳定与安全关乎整个生产系统的正常运转。传统的诊断方法往往依赖于专业人员的经验和手动检查,存在诊断时间长、准确率低、人力成本高等问题。随着人工智能技术的不断发展和应用,基于人工智能的特种设备故障诊断与检验技术逐渐成为了解决这些问题的重要手段。基于此,本文首先分析基于人工智能的特种设备故障诊断技术,其次分析人工智能的特种设备故障诊断原则,最后提出几条基于人工智能的特种设备检验技术应用策略,以供参考。
Special equipment plays a crucial role in modern industrial production,and the stability and safety of its operating state are crucial to the normal operation of the entire production system.Traditional diagnostic methods often rely on the experience and manual inspection of professionals,which results in long diagnosis times,low accuracy rates,and high labor costs.With the continuous development and application of artificial intelligence technology,fault diagnosis and inspection technology for special equipment based on artificial intelligence has gradually become an important means to address these issues.Based on this,this article first analyzes fault diagnosis technology for special equipment based on artificial intelligence,followed by an analysis of the principles of fault diagnosis for special equipment using artificial intelligence.Finally,several application strategies for inspection technology of special equipment based on artificial intelligence are proposed for reference.
