信号处理技术在电子线路的故障检测与定位中扮演着至关重要的角色。静态检测技术如直流测试和参数测试,主要用于电路在无信号激励时的故障检测。动态检测技术,包括逻辑分析、时域反射测量(TDR)和频域分析,适用于电路在信号激励下的实时故障检测。故障模拟技术,如故障注入和故障模型,用于复现和理解故障行为。故障定位方法结合了故障诊断流程与多种技术,包括信号特征提取以及数据融合,有效地提高了故障定位的准确性和效率。
Signal processing technology plays a crucial role in the fault detection and localization of electronic circuits.Static detection techniques,such as DC testing and parameter testing,are primarily used for fault detection when the circuit is without signal excitation.Dynamic detection techniques,including logic analysis,time-domain reflectometry(TDR),and frequency-domain analysis,are suitable for real-time fault detection of circuits under signal excitation.Fault simulation techniques,such as fault injection and fault modeling,are used to reproduce and understand fault behaviors.Fault localization methods combine fault diagnosis processes with various techniques,including signal feature extraction and data fusion,effectively improving the accuracy and efficiency of fault localization.
