摘要 电力产业作为国民经济的重要支柱,其稳定、高效地运行对经济发展至关重要。发电厂作为电力系统的核心,热控自动化系统的设计与优化对于提高发电效率、保障系统稳定运行具有重大意义。本文以发电厂热控自动化系统的实际运行需求为切入点,对系统设计的基本原则、结构框架以及关键功能模块进行了深入分析,并在此基础上,提出了一套全面的优化策略,涉及单元设计的精细化、硬件配置的高效化以及逻辑设计的智能化。研究的目的在于通过技术革新和优化升级,促进发电厂热控自动化系统的功能完善和性能提升,进而推动整个电力行业的可持续发展。 The power industry,as a vital pillar of the national economy,relies heavily on stable and efficient operations for economic development.As the core of the power system,thermal control automation systems in power plants are of significant importance for improving power generation efficiency and ensuring stable system operations.This article takes the actual operational requirements of thermal control automation systems in power plants as the starting point,conducting an in-depth analysis of the basic principles,structural framework,and key functional modules of system design.Based on this analysis,a comprehensive optimization strategy is proposed,covering fine-tuning of unit design,efficient hardware configuration,and intelligent logic design.The purpose of this research is to promote the functional improvement and performance enhancement of thermal control automation systems in power plants through technological innovation and optimization upgrades,thereby driving the sustainable development of the entire power industry.
