高精度双余度线性差动变压式位移传感器设计研究

摘要 差动变压器式位移传感器(LVDT)是用于测量位移变化的传感器。被测设备带动铁芯产生位置变化,改变初次级线圈之间的耦合,把被测位移转换为传感器的互感变化,并通过采集组件将位移信号转变为电信号输出。以其工作稳定可靠、线性度好、结构简单、灵敏度高、能够适应长时间的工作、可适应复杂环境考核等优点被广泛应用工业控制领域。本文首先建立传感器的三维模型,并将模型导入到Ansoft公司提供的电磁仿真软件中,建立边界条件并施加正弦激励,划分网格后分析次级线圈V_(a)和V_(b)的输出值、传感器的磁场、磁力线的分布。实际产品测试与仿真结果对比满足设计要求。 The linear variable differential transformer(LVDT)is a sensor used to measure changes in displacement.The device under test drives the iron core to produce position changes,altering the coupling between the primary and secondary coils.This converts the measured displacement into changes in mutual inductance within the sensor,and a collection component transforms the displacement signal into an electrical signal output.Widely applied in industrial control due to its stable and reliable operation,good linearity,simple structure,high sensitivity,ability to withstand long periods of operation,and adaptability to complex environmental testing,the LVDT offers numerous advantages.In this paper,we first establish a three-dimensional model of the sensor and import it into the electromagnetic simulation software provided by Ansoft.We then establish boundary conditions,apply sinusoidal excitation,mesh the model,and analyze the output values of secondary coils Va and Vb,as well as the distribution of magnetic fields and flux lines within the sensor.By comparing the results of actual product testing with the simulation results,we confirm that the design meets the specified requirements.
