摘要
冷水机组是空调系统的关键组件,冷冻水随时间消耗,需补水系统维持其稳定。针对公司冷冻水补水系统,通过PLC编程和变频器实现自动化控制。PLC采集主管路压力数据,经CPU处理并与人机通讯后,输出补水信号给变频器,控制水泵电机补水。研制出自动定压补水装置,实现安全、稳定的补水功能,并统计其使用情况。
Chiller units are a crucial component of air conditioning systems,and chilled water consumption varies over time,necessitating a water replenishment system to maintain stability.For the chilled water replenishment system of our company,automatic control is achieved through PLC programming and frequency converters.The PLC collects pressure data from the main pipeline,processes it through the CPU and communicates with the human-machine interface,then outputs a water replenishment signal to the frequency converter to control the water pump motor for water replenishment.An automatic constant pressure water replenishment device has been developed to achieve safe and stable water replenishment functions,and its usage is statistically analyzed.
