摘要
在我国经济迅速增长的背景下,涉及自动化与电力的行业正逐渐向智能化发展。这种智能化与自动化的结合有效提升了作业效率和产品质量,为企业带来了显著的经济效益。尽管制造领域普遍应用了仪表自动化控制系统,但受内部及外部因素影响,系统运行中常遭遇故障,这不仅妨碍了系统的性能发挥,也给制造业的生产流程带来阻碍。因此,深入分析仪表自动化控制系统的故障,研究故障诊断和检测技术,以及关键的维护措施,对于最大化地预防和减少系统故障,确保生产顺利进行,显得尤为关键。
Against the backdrop of rapid economic growth in China,industries involving automation and electricity are gradually developing towards intelligence.The combination of intelligence and automation effectively improves operational efficiency and product quality,bringing significant economic benefits to enterprises.Although automated instrumentation control systems are widely used in the manufacturing industry,they often encounter failures during operation due to internal and external factors,which not only hinders the performance of the system but also obstructs the production process of manufacturing.Therefore,it is particularly critical to conduct in-depth analysis of failures in automated instrumentation control systems,research fault diagnosis and detection technologies,as well as key maintenance measures,in order to maximize the prevention and reduction of system failures and ensure smooth production.
