摘要 限位器又称行程开关,是一种常见的微电流控制设备,其主要功能是当外部力量作用于设备的操作杆时,内部机械结构会驱动接点,从而完成控制电路的接通或切断,以达到预期的操控效果。此开关的触点和触头之间采用弹性连接,这种连接方式在承受振动、冲击或持续加速等力学作用时会影响触点之间的接触稳定性。由于这一接触机制是微动开关实现电流转换的关键环节,因此,接触稳定性对于开关的性能至关重要。在探讨限位器的耐久性能时,必须深入研究接点系统的自振频率、振动响应幅值特性以及接触力等因素。在动态环境中,这些变量可能表现出非线性变化规律,通过深入研究可以更好地理解限位器在复杂环境下的工作性能,从而为其优化设计和提高耐久性提供理论支持。 The limit switch,also known as the position switch,is a common microcurrent control device.Its main function is to activate the internal mechanical structure to drive the contacts and thereby connect or disconnect the control circuit,achieving the desired operational effect when external force acts on the operating lever of the device.The elastic connection between the contacts and contact tips of this switch can be affected by vibrations,impacts,or continuous acceleration,affecting the stability of the contact between the contacts.As this contact mechanism is a crucial link in the current conversion of the microswitch,contact stability is essential to the performance of the switch.When exploring the durability of the limit switch,it is necessary to delve deeply into factors such as the natural frequency of the contact system,the amplitude characteristics of vibration response,and contact force.In dynamic environments,these variables may exhibit nonlinear patterns of change.Through in-depth research,we can better understand the working performance of the limit switch in complex environments,thus providing theoretical support for its optimized design and improved durability.
