海外关于中国共产党治国理政智慧的认识与评析

The Cognition and Evaluation of Wisdom in Governance of Communist Party of China in the Overseas Perspective

新中国成立以来,中国共产党带领全国人民取得了举世瞩目的辉煌成就,引起了国际社会的广泛关注和讨论。为了弄清楚"中国共产党为什么能"的问题,近年来,海外学者从党的领导、党的建设、执政理念、执政策略、执政战略等维度剖析中国共产党治国理政的理论与实践,总结了中国共产党治国理政的智慧:坚持党的领导,加强党的建设;坚持人民至上的执政理念;坚持立足国情,选择适合中国的执政策略;坚持继承本国优秀传统文化的同时借鉴他国优秀文明成果;坚持以经济建设为中心;坚持改革开放;坚持依法治国;等等。系统研究海外关于中国共产党治国理政智慧的认识,有助于我们把握国际社会对中国发展的关切点,对外讲好中国共产党治国理政的故事,让世界上更多的人了解"中国奇迹"的奥秘。

Since the People’s Republic of China established in 1949,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has led Chinese people to make brilliant achievements that attracted worldwide attention.It aroused widespread concern and discussion in the international community.In order to understand the question"why the CPC could achieve success",recently,some foreign scholars analyzed the theories and practices of CPC’s governance from dimensionalities of the Party’s leadership,the Party’s building,the governance concept,the governance policy,the governance strategy and so on.They also summarized the wisdom of CPC’s governance:upholding the Party’s leadership and strengthening the Party’s building;adhering to the governing philosophy of putting the people in the first place;persisting in choosing the strategy that suits China based on national conditions;Insisting on inheriting the native excellent traditional culture while drawing on the excellent civilization achievements of other countries;persisting in taking economic development as the central task;adhering to reform and opening-up;insisting on the rule of law;etc.The systematic research on the understanding of the wisdom of the CPC’s governance from the overseas perspectives will help us to grasp the concerns of the international community on China’s development.If we can well tell the story of CPC’s governance,it will let more people in the world can understand the mystery of the"Chinese Miracle".
