火电机组汽动给水泵动静碰摩引起的振动分析

摘要 介绍了某厂汽动给水泵的轴系结构并分析了导致该给水泵停机的振动原因。通过停机检查,确认本次振动波动的原因是油挡套损坏导致动静碰摩。通过更换油挡套并严格控制安装参数,解决了本次振动波动问题,汽动给水泵可正常稳定运行。提出的振动分析与处理方案,可以为同类型设备的振动处理提供参考和借鉴。 In this paper,the shafting structure of the Turbine-driven Feed Pump was introduced.Furthermore,the causes of the vibration which leading to the shutdown of the pump was analyzed.Through the shutdown inspection,it was confirmed that the vibration fluctuation was due to the rub-impact fault caused by the damage of oil baffle sleeve.By replacing the oil baffle and controlling the installation parameters strictly,the vibration fluctuation problem was solved.The Turbine-driven Feed Pump has operated normally and stably.The vibration analysis and treatment in this paper provided a reference for the vibration treatment of the same type of equipment.
