摘要
高、低压加热器是汽轮机的重要辅助设备之一,其运行稳定性直接影响机组运行的经济性。当高、低压加热器疏水不畅时,可能导致机组强制降负荷及跳机等重大安全问题。对高压加热器疏水不畅的原因和检查方案做了简述;并对国内带外置式疏水冷却器的低压加热器系统疏水不畅的原因、解决方案进行举例计算。对于分析目前国内大型机组高、低压加热器疏水不畅问题具有一定的参考价值。
High&low pressure heater is one of the important auxiliary equipment of steam turbine,its stability of operation directly affects the economic operation of the unit.When the drainage of high&low pressure heaters is not smooth,it may lead to major safety problems such as forced load reduction and tripping of the unit.The reasons for the poor drainage of high pressure heater and the inspection plan is briefly described;the reasons and solutions for the poor drainage of the low pressure heater system with drain cooler in China are emphatically analyzed.It has a certain reference value for analyzing the problem of high and low pressure heater drain in utility-type units.
