摘要
目前,高压加热器的水室封头材料多采用SA516Gr70或Q345R钢板。随着机组的参数、容量不断增加,超临界以及超超临界机组中的水室封头的厚度增幅较大,部分钢板设计厚度超出标准厚度范围,钢厂难以轧制出超标准厚度的钢板,且钢板的力学性能难以保证。为了寻求更经济可靠的钢板材料,逐步采用牌号13MnNiMoR的钢板作为制造水室封头的材料。通过对比3种材料的设计方案,并结合封头的制造与应用,验证采用13MnNiMoR钢板材料来制造高压加热器的水室封头,能够在保证性能的基础上,大幅度降低水室封头的厚度和重量。
Currently,the material of the channel head of HP heater on tube side is mainly SA516Gr70or Q345R.With the continuous increase of parameters and capacity of the unit,the thickness of the channel head in the supercritical and supercritical unit increases greatly,the design thickness of some steel plates exceeds the standard thickness range,it is difficult to roll steel plates beyond the standard thickness,and the mechanical performance of the steel plate is difficult to guarantee.In order to seek a more economical and reliable steel plate material,the 13MnNiMoR steel plate is gradually used as the material to make the channel head.By comparing the design scheme of the three materials and combined with the manufacturing and application of the channel head,the verification of 13MnNiMoR steel plate material to make the water chamber head of the high pressure heater can greatly reduce the thickness and weight of the water chamber head on the basis of ensuring the performance.
