沿海某电厂循环水泵部件腐蚀分析及处理

Analysis and Treatment for Corrosions on Circulating Water Pump of a Coastal Power Plant

针对沿海某电厂的循环水泵在运行四年后第一次大修,发现一些在双相不锈钢材料上出现腐蚀现象,其中叶轮、螺栓、内护管法兰面出现了不同的腐蚀形式,根据腐蚀的部位、工作环境、材料特性等方面分析,找出腐蚀原因,提出有针对性的一些措施,为今后检修解决该类问题提供参考。

This paper offers an analysis for corrosions on circulating water pump of a coastal power plant.It is the first time that the circulating water pump repaired during four years.In this process we discovered corrosions in duplex stainless steel.Impeller,bolts,flange of the protection pipe,present some different corrosion patterns.The Reasons for the corrosions were analyzed,based of corrosions in different locations,runtime environment,material characteristics.And put forward some measures of prevention which can provide reference for relevant studies in the future.
