摘要
负压输渣系统是燃煤电厂锅炉常用的炉底渣输送系统,对其系统进行了简单介绍,对日常运行中常见的设备问题进行了分析,分析了输渣系统设备异常的直接原因和衍生问题原因等,并提出了对应的处理措施,对遇到类似问题的同类型机组具有一定的借鉴意义。
Negative pressure slag transportation system is a common bottom slag transportation system in coal-fired power plant,this paper briefly introduces its system,analyzes the common equipment problems in daily operation,and puts forward the concrete methods of equipment management,which has certain reference significance for the same type of units with similar problems.
