摘要 以采用低低温除尘技术实现超低排放的工艺路线为指引,提出了适合低低温除尘器灰斗加热的设计方案,引出了灰斗蒸汽加热系统的设计概念,从灰斗蒸汽加热系统图、蒸汽加热耗汽量、盘管设计、管路流速、管路保温、阀门选用及安装等方面着手,详细介绍了灰斗加热系统的设计及安装注意事项,为除尘器及输灰系统安全可靠运行提供了必要的基础支持。 To achieve low-low emission process route,put forward the design scheme suitable for low-low temperature duster ash hopper heating,and introduced the design concept of ash hopper steam heating system.This paper introduces in detail the design and installation precautions of ash hopper heating system from the aspects of air consumption,coil design,pipeline flow rate,pipeline insulation,steam heating system diagram,valve selection and installation,which provides the necessary basic support for the safe and reliable operation of duster and ash conveying system.
