蛇形管高压加热器换热管与集管焊缝是产品质量的关键,尤其因操作空间有限,焊接操作难度大,一旦出现焊接缺陷,返修极困难,并对整体工程进度造成很大影响。针对这种情况,采用合理的工艺和方法、焊接顺序,摸索合理的焊接操作手法并进行焊接操作培训和考核,使2台蛇形管高压加热器换热管与集管障碍焊焊缝的一次合格率达到了98%以上,满足了工程需要。

The weld between snake tubes to header is one of the key welds of header type heaters.Its limited operating space brings high difficulty of the welding work,repair work is hard and has negative impact on progress of works.For this,adopt using rational welding sequence and technology,exploring applicable manipulation,scientifically practicing,and selection of qualified welders,the primary qualification rate of welding achieves 98%,meets the engineering demand.
