摘要
在现行的火电机组中,给水系统中高压部分一般为高压加热器+外置式蒸汽冷却器的配置,这种配置成熟,已有广泛的运行业绩。但这种系统配置存在管道多、占用空间大的问题。另外,蒸汽冷却器作为给水系统末级加热器,承受着高温、高压的蒸汽和给水,运行工况比较恶劣,存在泄漏的风险。以蒸汽冷却器和1号高压加热器的位置为基础,参照核电MSR的思路,提出了一种蒸汽再热式高压加热器,并对其结构及可行性进行阐述。
In the current thermal power units,the high-pressure part of the water supply system is generally the configuration of high-pressure heater+external steam cooler,which is mature and has a wide range of operating performance.However,there are many pipes and large space in this system configuration;in addition,as the last stage heater of the water supply system,the steam cooler bears high temperature and high pressure steam and water supply,and the operation condition is relatively bad,and there is a risk of leakage.Based on the position of steam cooler and No.1 high pressure heater,and referring to the idea of nuclear MSR,this paper puts forward a kind of steam reheat high pressure heater,and expounds its structure and feasibility.
