随着科技的发展,国家对科研经费的管理也日益完善,为了让科研人员从经费管理的繁杂事务中解放出来,将更多的精力投入到科研工作中,国家出台了科研财务助理制度。简要地分析了科研财务助理制度在科研院所的落实情况,并结合实际情况对制度的完善提出了几点建议。

With the development of science and technology,the state’s management of scientific research funds is also increasingly perfect.In order to let scientific researchers free themselves from the complicated affairs of fund management and put more energy into scientific research,the state has introduced the system of scientific research financial assistant.The implementation of the financial assistant system in scientific research institutes is briefly analyzed,and some suggestions on the improvement of the system based on the actual situation are put forward.
