摘要
GB/T 17215.9311—2017等同采用了IEC 62059—31—1:2008,为国内的电能表寿命评估工作引入了目前理论上较完备的试验技术标准。首先,介绍了GB/T 17215.9311整体工作框架和关键技术要点;然后,分析探讨了GB/T 17215.9311在部分工作方法及工程实践方面存在的可优化空间,对于完善该标准,更好地指导电能表加速寿命试验的开展具有重要的意义。
GB/T 17215.9311—2017 identically adopts IEC 62059—31—1:2008 through translation method,which introduces a relatively complete test technical standard in theory for the life evaluation of electric energy meters.Firstly,the overall working framework and key technical points of GB/T 17215.9311 are introduced.And the optimization space in terms of some working methods and engineering practice of GB/T 17215.9311 are analyzed and discussed,which is of great significance for improving the standard and better guiding the development of accelerated life tests of electric energy meters.
