摘要
以涂覆了3种不同防护工艺涂层的某种典型基材为研究对象,分析其西沙自然环境适应性。通过分析对比西沙12个月棚下自然环境暴露试验的相关数据,对3种不同防护工艺涂层进行了评价,并进行了优劣分析。分析结果对产品研制过程中选取相关的防护工艺涂层有一定的参考作用,具有工程应用价值。
Taking a typical substrate coated with three different protective process coatings as the research object,their adaptability to the natural environment of Xisha is analyzed.By analyzing and comparing the relevant data of the 12 month natural environment exposure test under shed in Xisha,the three different protective process coatings is evaluated,and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.The analysis results have a certain reference for the selection of relevant protective process coatings in the product development process,and have engineering application value.
