复杂装备测试性要求的多视角分析方法研究

摘要 测试性要求分析是首要的测试性工作项目,但在实践中,分析工作高度地依赖于分析者的行为,由于认识的局限性,以及经验和支撑信息的匮乏,往往会导致分析结果不全面、不准确和可行性差,严重地影响测试性作用的发挥。应从产品层次、维修级别、诊断要素的空间维度,从研发、生产、运行与维护的时间维度,多视角地分析测试性定性要求和定量要求。给出了分析方法和流程,同时指出测试性应作为装备综合诊断能力的重要组成部分来统筹安排,以实现装备效能整体最优化。 Testability requirements analysis is the most important test work item.However,in practice,the analysis work is highly dependent on the behavior of the analyst.Due to the limitations of understanding and the lack of experience and supporting information,the analysis results are often incomplete,inaccurate,and poorly feasible,which seriously affects the play of the testing function.Therefore,it is proposed that the qualitative and quantitative requirements of testing should be analyzed from multiple perspectives,including the spatral dimension of product level,maintenance level,and diagnositic elements,and time dimension of R&D,production,operation and maintenance.The analysis method and process are given,and it is pointed out the testability should be arranged as an important part of the comprehensive diagnostic capability of the equipment,so as to realize the overall optimization of the equipment efficiency.
