摘要
气蚀问题是柱塞泵危害性较大的一种故障,因故障样本少、特征不明显等问题导致难以准确地识别。针对上述问题,设计了一种故障模拟试验系统。首先,基于AMESim+ANSYS+Pumplinx仿真分析了柱塞泵气蚀故障的故障特征,评估了气蚀对泵的损害效果;其次,搭建了柱塞泵气蚀故障模拟试验台,实现了试验过程中的工况控制、油温控制和故障模拟等;然后,基于虚拟仪器技术开发了数据采集子系统,实现了故障模拟过程中的信号采集、波形显示、数据分析和存储等;最后,开展试验,分析了气蚀故障模式下的信号特征,验证了柱塞泵故障模拟试验系统的有效性。
Cavitation is a harmful failure of the plunger pumps,which is difficult to be accurately identified due to its few failure samples and unobvious features.In order to address the above issue,a failure simulation test system is designed.Firstly,based on AMESim+ANSYS+Pumplinx simulation,the characteristics of plunger pump cavitation failures are analyzed,and the damage effects of cavitation on the pumps are evaluated.Next,a plunger pump cavitation failure simulation test bench is built,and the working conditions control,oil temperature control,and failure simulation during the test are realized.Then,a data acquisition subsystem is developed based on virtual instrument technology,thereby enabling signal acquisition,waveform display,data analysis,and storage during the failure simulation.Finally,tests are conducted to analyze the signal characteristics in the cavitation erosion failure mode,thereby verifying the effectiveness of the plunger pump failure simulation test system.
