在视频安防监控系统图像质量的现场检测过程中,由于现行的几个检测标准在检测项目、检测仪器和检测方法等许多重要部分的要求或规定都存在一定的空白,导致各个检测单位对这些标准的理解不一致甚至出现偏差,从而出现多种检测方法同时应用的异常现象。因此,介绍了一种常见的视频安防监控系统图像质量现场检测方法,并对该检测方法的局限性进行分析,提出了相应的改进办法,对于提高视频安防监控系统图像质量的检测效果具有一定的参考意义。

In the on-site inspection process of video surveillance&control system,due to the gaps in the requirements or regulations of many important parts such as inspection items,inspection instruments and inspection methods in the current inspection standards,the understanding of these standards by various inspection units is inconsistent or even deviated,which results in the abnormal phenomenon that multiple inspection methods are applied at the same time.Therefore,a common on-site detection method of video surveillance&control system image quality is introduced.The limitations of the detection method are analyzed,and the corresponding methods are proposed,which has certain reference significance for improving the image quality detection effect of video surveillance&control system.
